Becoming a Third Grade Teacher

Becoming a Third Grade Teacher
Alexus Delmonte

I aspire to be a third grade teacher. I want to be a third grade teacher because of the way that I look at my third grade teacher Mrs. Keene and all of my other teachers! I think that I would be the perfect third grade teacher!
I go home almost every day, and I play teacher with my little sister, Amya. We use her homework, and we act like it is our class work. Most of the time, it is just mainly just some of the hard work that she doesn’t get. For example: her language, she has a hard time with language.
I really like to watch my teachers through the years. Teaching me my rights from my wrongs ,my lefts from my rights ,and my ups and my downs. That I look at it is if you want to accomplish something in life, either do it, or set a goal to get to it.
I am thankful to be able to listen. I am thankful to be able to learn. While I sit in class doing work listening and learning, I think about how I am going to once teach third graders. I think that I can stand up and talk and teach like my role model a.k.a. my third grade teacher Mrs. Keene would.
In conclusion I would like to say thank you Mrs. Keene, and thanks to all my other teachers for helping me set a goal in life so I will be able to do something successful in life! I would also like to say I can’t wait to finish college, and get good grades so that I can be able to become a teacher!!!

The Coolest Family Ever

The Coolest Family Ever
Anthony Tinsley

My family is like the best people I will ever know. They take care of me feed and clothe me. I would not tread them for anything in the world. They are like my best friends who are related to me. My sisters are the people I love the most even though we may fuss and fight a lot I still love them very much because there my sisters and I would do anything for them. My aunt is like a mother to me because she provides for me and puts food on the table and clothes on my back. My father also helps out every once in a while. He comes to every ceremony I have.
My aunt has custody of my youngest sister and I and I love her for that because she really didn’t have to do that.My grand mother is also like a mother to me just as equally important to me as every one else in my family I care for her and love her I have a cousin who is like a sister to me because even though we may fuss and fight, we still love each other and would do anything and everything for one another .

What I Want to be When I Grow Up

What I Want to be When I Grow Up
Tameesha Matthews

I love to sing and I love music. I listen to all types of music. Every time I hear a song I love I look up the lyrics and learn the words. I’ve been doing this for years. I love to sing. I don’t know what I can use my singing voice for though. The only time I use it is in the church choir and in my room. I’m a little shy, but I want people hear my voice.
I love all types of music. R&B, rap, pop, rock, and country. Music is my life really. I love looking up the lyrics and watching videos. I picture my self being on TV one day as a singer. I can see me having a video and other kids looking up my lyrics. Maybe one day I’ll have kids wanting to be like me.

I know everyone doesn’t make it, but I know I will. Singing is just for me, I mean it runs in the family. I’ve been sing for a long time.

Hopefully all my dreams will come true and I will reach my goal and be come a singer.
