TROY — Myesha Finney’s solo home run with one out in the top of the ninth lifted the Auburn softball team to a 3-2 victory over Troy on Tuesday night.

All five Tigers finished in the top 30, as No. 10 Auburn held off the rest of the field for its first tournament win of the season, winning the Central District Invitational.

The Auburn softball team will travel to Troy to take on the Trojans in a 6 p.m. game today.
