ATLANTA — The Auburn men and women’s swimming teams picked up two national championships along with 21 NCAA cut times during the second day of competition at the 2008 ConocoPhillips USA Swimming Short Course National Championships.

ATLANTA — The Auburn men and women took to the pool Thursday as the 2008 ConocoPhillips USA Swimming Short Course National Championships commenced at the Georgia Tech Aquatic Center.

Forty current and former Auburn’s men’s and women’s swimmers will be in action this week at the 2008 ConocoPhillips USA Swimming Short Course National Championships at the Georgia Tech Aquatic Center in Atlanta.

Auburn junior Candace Schepperle was named 2008 Golf World Women’s Mid-Season All-American on Monday after leading Auburn in four of its five events through the fall season with a 71.57 scoring average. 

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. — Auburn will take home a fifth-place finish and four All-Americans from the NCAA Cross Country Championships.
